McGrath Real Estate Partners (MREP) has completed construction of The Crawford at Grand Morton, a luxury apartment complex located in the booming submarket of Katy, Texas. The Crawford sits on approximately 15 acres with immediate access to the Grand Parkway near Morton Ranch Road. The property consists of 336 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units that range in size from 587 SF to 1,403 SF and feature Class-A finishes such as granite counter tops, deep soaking tubs, and private patios. Community amenities include an oversized clubhouse with a coffee lounge and business center, a 24-hour fitness center, a resort-style pool, an outdoor lounge area with picnic tables and outdoor games, a fenced pet park with a pet grooming station, and detached single and tandem garages. Construction financing was provided by Texas Capital Bank. The project’s architect was The Clerkley Watkins Group, and the general contractor was Construction Enterprises, Inc.
